Humanity is at a crossroads, where an aging population is confronting many new diseases, while genomics and machine learning advances are providing unprecedented opportunities for rewiring our cells to combat disease and aging. From recent advances in the lab helping to understand these issues to possible changes in clinical trials, we will discuss and think about how MIT, CSAIL, and our partners in hospitals, pharma, and biotechnology can work together to transform medicine and human health.
